Current Read
I checked this book out of the library on Monday night. It is riveting. Sherman Alexie is a Native American writer and I just love him. His writing is so very easy to read yet it is multi-layered. The stories he tells are so interesting. This is a book of short stories. I usually don't favor short stories but there are a few writers who I make exceptions for. I don't think you will be disappointed if you take a look at this book.

I love Sherman Alexi. Have your read The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven? It's his first famous collection of short stories. I will be teaching Reservation Blues to my seniors in about a month, a fascinating novel by Alexi.
My son and I both read his YA book and loved it!! This is one that I will have to pick up sometime!
nice post. thanks.
Sherman Alexie is number one on my Living Person You'd Like To Have Dinner With List. I love him. You've read The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian right?
